No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery for our furniture products.

Due to the following reasons, COD is not feasible for large furniture:

High Product Value – Furniture involves significant material and manufacturing cost, making upfront payment necessary.

Heavy & Bulky Shipments – Large items require careful packaging, special logistics, and advance transport booking, which can’t be confirmed without payment.

Risk of Refusals – COD increases chances of delivery refusal, resulting in two-way heavy freight loss.

Third-Party Logistics Limits – Most logistics partners handling bulky furniture do not support COD for such shipments.

For most in-stock products, delivery usually takes between 17 to 25 days. However, for larger or out-of-stock items, it may take up to 27 to 35 days. We recommend checking the specific delivery timeline mentioned on each product page before placing your order.

If you receive the product in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. All you have to do is send the product back to us in its original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will dispatch the replacement in few working days.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, and only if they haven’t been processed or shipped. After that, cancellation is not possible due to the nature of furniture handling and dispatch.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check access points (doors, lifts, staircases, etc.) before placing the order. If the item cannot be delivered due to restricted access, return or refund may not be possible.

Some products listed on our website are made-to-order and not available in ready stock. These products are specially manufactured after the order is placed, and the delivery timeline is usually 27 to 35 days.
